RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Christina Yother will accept a return or exchange requested within 10 business days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached. Products that have been worn, altered or are missing tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return and exchange shipments must include the return packing slip that is emailed to you after your return has been requested.

*Please note that masks, sample sale, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES

Products may only be exchanged one time.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return or exchange, email contact@christinayotherdesigns.com with the subject ‘RETURN’ or ‘EXCHANGE’.

In your email, please include:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Item you would like to return or exchange
  • If exchanging, the item you would like to exchange for
  • Reason
  • If you would like a pre-paid return shipping label (United States and Canada only) *$10.00 Shipping label cost will be deducted from return amount if this label is used.

United States and Canada
For your convenience, we can provide a pre-paid return shipping label and $10.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund back onto your original form of payment if you use the pre-paid label.

You may also use a shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number as Christina Yother is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

*Canada: Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or duties on packages delivered to outside of the United States.

RETURN STATUS

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product. We will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 3-5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Shipping is complimentary within the United States. Complimentary shipping estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days but timing is not guaranteed. You will receive an email and tracking number when your order has shipped.

In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the next day.
